I’m finally getting caught up with blogging. It’s been crazy busy lately!
I enjoyed photographing this good-looking family last week in my studio.
Here’s a sneak peek!
The weather has been causing a lot of photo sessions to be postponed but last night was perfect for Steve and Manon’s engagement session and the Waterfront Drive area was the perfect location for a variety of backdrops.
I had a blast with this couple and their 7 year old child. I’m looking forward to working with them for their August wedding!
Here’s a preview of a few of my favorite images (It was hard to narrow these down to just a couple):
It wasn’t the best of mornings today. My car wouldn’t start and I was supposed to be at the Ledge at 11:00. A big Thank You to the family who agreed to reschedule for tomorrow.
But my day has turned around. First of all, I discovered that I had Roadside Assistance and didn’t have to pay for the boost and then this lovely couple came for their Christmas portrait. Aren’t they gorgeous?
Here’s a preview of today’s session.
I had some fun editing this one. Funny, how the stars came out!
I’ve said it before and it bears repeating. I meet the most extraordinary people in my job.
My world used to be compressed inside the walls of a school. I loved being there, made life long friends and taught some amazing children, (like Cindy Klassen) . But it was a very sheltered world in many ways. Now, I meet people from all walks of life and get to talk to people who do all kinds of things.
Today, I met this beautiful young lady, who just graduated with her Masters in Journalism from Columbia!
Then my friend, Barb, came for some head shots. Barb is a very talented graphic artist and has done such work as illustrating Fred Penner’s books. I knew the books before I met Barb. I had a lot of fun taking some photos of Barb.
