It was lovely to have met these 3 beautiful dogs this week. Our 2 beasts were not impressed and barked their little heads off but these 3 were very well behaved!

Session number 2 on Saturday was with this adorable little person and her doggie! This little one loved ringing the Christmas bells and tossing the foam snowballs that I had. I had a great time with this family!

It was great to be back in the studio yesterday after having surgery for lung cancer, followed by a bout of pneumonia. It hasn’t been fun but I am slowly getting back to normal.
This was such a fun, easy session to start back with. The dogs were so cute and so easy to manage and the outfits this group wore were so adorable. Have a look!
Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful family that I hadn’t seen for many years. I think you will agree, that these girls and their mom are stunning. Sorry, Dad that you didn’t get a picture posted on the blog. The girls definitely stole this show!
Have a look.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful almost 2 year old black lab cross who was rescued from The Winnipeg Humane Society.
Have a look at the lovely doggie! Which colour do you prefer for the backdrop? The options really are endless!
I am very upset by the atrocities in the war in Ukraine and I want to do what I can to help, so I decided to do a fundraiser with money going to the Canadian Red Cross for Ukraine. Here is the website I will be donating to.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM EXTENDING THIS SPECIAL TO APRIL 24th.

This special means that you will pay only $50 for a full hour photography session, plus get an 8×10 print of your choosing from the session. That’s a value ofĀ $150 for only $50 and I will donate that $50 to the Canadian Red Cross.
This is in effect fromĀ April 3rd to the 24th (including Easter weekend) and includes up to 4 people.Ā I welcome dogs so please bring your furry family friends. This special is just in time for Mother’s Day and I know mothers love to get pictures of their families, so why not take advantage of this special and use the print(s) as a gift for your mom?
This special does not include newborn sessions as they take much longer than an hour.Ā
Other prints and digital images are available. Ask me for prices if you are interested but please note that I do not sell digital images separately from prints.Ā
I met this fun 10 month old puppy yesterday. It was challenging to contain her energy and pose her but look at these amazing images!
Yesterday I photographed the first dogs for my Spirit of Hope Rescue fundraiser and I couldn’t have had better models. Meet Caddy and Yuki, who are a breed called Keeshond. I hadn’t ever heard of this breed so I looked them up and found this: “The Keeshond is an oldĀ dog breed, once a companion and watchdog on the barges and boats that traveled the canals and rivers of Holland in the 17th and 18th centuries.”
These 2 were perfect dog models and listened really well to their owner’s commands. It was a lot of fun to work with them.

I love dogs so it was a lot of fun to photograph the new puppy in our family, as well as, her sister, 12 year old Annie. These are my son’s family dogs in Calgary. Chili Bean, the puppy is a 6 months old goden doodle and is full of energy. Annie is 12 and although she has slowed down, she still likes walks and is very affectionate.
I love these dogs!
I think I get the most beautiful little kids coming to my studio. Look at this little one year old and her big brown eyes! Isn’t she gorgeous!
