Dog Model Call! (Winnipeg Dog Photographers)

I haven’t done very much photography in the last few months because of health reasons, but I am ready and excited to take start working again, and what better way to start than taking some pictures of dogs!

So, I am offering my model call special again from March 18th to the 31st.

Let me know if you are interested or if you have a friend who might be interested. You can contact me at the number on the poster or email me at christina@chrismcwilliamsphotography.com.

A $50 retainer has to be paid before your session to reserve your spot. This $50 can then be used toward the  purchase of more prints/digital images or refunded to you if you decide to only get the free 8×10 print.

In the last while I’ve created some imagination, surreal dog images using a combination of AI and photoshop. Here are a few of them:

This is our dog Zara in her perfect symmetry pose. I decided to give her some wings and put her into a strange place.

This is our dog Maddie, who died on Christmas Day. I wanted to create what the rainbow bridge might look like.

Otis loves to run and sometimes when he is running he actually flies through the air, so I created an image where he is flying high!

I would like to create more images like these and so I need more dogs pictures to use. That is, in part, the intent of this model call. Can you see your dog in a strange land, or flying through the air? Perhaps your dog passed over the rainbow bridge and you would like an image showing that. Let me know if this is something you would be interested in.

Just Me and My Baby Brother!

I did a session with these 2 beautiful boys yesterday. Baby J was just 2.5 weeks old and his big brother is almost 3. The last time I saw this big brother was when he was just a tiny baby himself.

I had a great time photographing them. Here’s a sneak peek!

It was my pleasure to photograph this lovely family of 2 boys and their girl dog. It was one of the easiest, most pleasurable sessions ever, as these brothers at a year and 5 years old were so cute and cooperative and their dog was adorable.

Maddie, the dog, is a 10 year old black German shepherd. She was very comfortable coming to visit and went exploring in the house, surprising my husband, who was sitting at his second floor office when she suddenly appeared behind him. Needless to say, he was a bit shocked at first!

Here’s a sneak peek of this family:
