I’m finally getting caught up with blogging. It’s been crazy busy lately!
I enjoyed photographing this good-looking family last week in my studio.
Here’s a sneak peek!
I love photographing children but it’s always nice to do a session with someone who actually wants to have their picture taken and that was the case tonight with this young lady on Waterfront Drive.
The temperature was finally conducive to being outside and the mosquito population seemed to be down because of the strong winds.
Here’s a sneak peak of this session:
It was a great evening for portrait photography last night in Assinboine Park. The light and the temperature was perfect for being outside. I had a great time working with this lovely couple who are getting married in one short month!
I had a hard time narrowing down the ones to use for this post as there were so many great shots. Here are a few:
I had a great time with this beautiful young woman last night on Waterfront Drive. The area is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots to take pictures. I love the facade on one of the old buildings and the underside of the train bridge is really neat. Too bad the blue and brown wall is bricked over though. I loved using the wall!
Here’s a preview of last night’s session:
I don’t often do fashion photography. Most of my work is with children, babies and families and I love it, but I had a blast on Saturday with this young man and his many fashionable outfits.
It was wonderful to do 4 sessions this weekend after a week of doing book work. Book work is not my thing. I love shooting and editing and working with people. NOT with numbers.
This session and the others this weekend it were a breath of fresh air after entering data all week! Unfortunately, the book work is not all done, but I am getting there.
Here’s a sneak peek of a fun fashion session:
This session is from last Sunday when the wind was howling and it was freezing out but you can’t tell by looking at the photos of this mother/daughter. Not only were they beautiful to photograph; they were a ton of fun. And Kilcona, even with the wind was stunning!
I had trouble picking only a couple of images to blog about; as you can see. Have a look:
Meeting new and interesting people is one of the things I love about being a photographer. Sunday was no exception when I met Winnipeg author Carol Brisebois and took some photos of her for her new book.
I enjoyed spending time with Carol and cannot wait to read her book.
