I am very pleased to announce that I received accreditation in newborn photography with The Professional Photographers of Canada (PPOC) this past month.
I am proud to be a member of PPOC and am committed to continually learning and improving in my photography skills. As a teacher, I tried to instill a love of learning in my students. Life long learning is something that I feel is very important to growth and happiness and is something that I intent to continue doing. Photography is the perfect way for me to achieve this. I love what I do and receiving this recognition is a powerful incentive for me to continue.
The Accreditation process recognizes photographers who have reached a nationally accepted standard of proficiency and knowledge in photographic arts. An Accreditation is achieved by submitting ten images in a chosen category to a PPOC Board of Review. This peer-reviewed program challenges candidates to demonstrate their capability of delivering exceptional quality photography in a chosen category. – See more at: http://www.ppoc.ca/en/membership/accreditation-categories#sthash.Oe0tU8DM.dpuf
I had previously received accreditation in Child and Infant Portraits and so this is my second accreditation.
Here are a few of the images that I used for this accreditation.
