We did this family session inside the Legislative Building as the wind had not died down this afternoon.

This one-year old was one of the fastest runners ever for his age and staying still for any photos was not something he was about to do. Until he bumped down the Ledge front stairs on his bum, one step at a time. It was the perfect opportunity to photograph him.
